If you’ve listened to any REMIX at all you know that we’re really taken with this trend of using documentary and interview tape as the basis for musical compositions (see One Hello World and Charles Spearin).
Andy Mills just uploaded a killer example of this art form called “I Don’t Know” on PRX and I can’t stop listening to it. It’s Christmas themed, and it may be the best Christmas song of all time. Yeah, I’m looking at you, Silent Night! Andy and his collaborators have a whole winter themed album available for free on the Dogs on Tour website. Check it out.
